Cuadrilla de Añana is made up of ten municipalities
Añana, Armiñón, Berantevilla, Iruña Oka/Iruña de Oca, Kuartango, Lantarón, Ribera Alta, Ribera Baja/Erribera Beitia, Valdegovía and Zambrana.
The head office for Cuadrilla de Añana is located in Rivabellosa (Ribera Baja / Erribera Beitia).
Cuadrilla de Añana is located in the southwest of Álava, a few kilometres from Vitoria-Gasteiz, capital of the province.
Bordered to the west by the province of Burgos and to the east by the County of Treviño, in terms of communication, the A-68 motorway and the A-1 dual carriageway run through our territory.
It covers an area of 693.2 km ² with a population of 8.020 inhabitants. Cantabrian and Mediterranean climate.
The area’s economy is agricultural based, however good communications and proximity to cities such as Vitoria and Miranda de Ebro, have created a powerful industrial sector that has shifted agriculture to second place.
